TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Called to Follow Through Intensive

1. Nature of Services
The "Called to Follow Through" Intensive, including any related Voxer support, is a ministry coaching and educational service. It is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal advice, and it does not create a therapist-client or any other clinical relationship. If you are in need of mental health treatment, please seek care from a licensed provider.

2. No Guarantee of Results
This intensive is designed to support reflection, encouragement, and application of biblical principles to your calling and ministry work. Results, outcomes, and personal transformation depend on individual participation, openness, and application, and are not guaranteed.

3. Payment & Refunds
All payments are final. Due to the personal time investment and limited availability of this service, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, dissatisfaction, or change of mind.

4. Scheduling
Upon registration, you will receive a link to select your session date and time. Sessions are subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

5. Voxer Support
Voxer support is provided for a defined period as stated at the time of purchase. It is intended for encouragement, accountability, and follow-up related to the content of the intensive — not for crisis support, therapy, or emergency situations. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency services.

6. Confidentiality
Conversations shared during the intensive and through Voxer are treated with care and respect, but this service does not carry the legal confidentiality protections of a therapeutic relationship (e.g., HIPAA).

7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided as part of this intensive — including but not limited to worksheets, frameworks, session content, and any written or recorded materials — are the intellectual property of Refreshed Grace and Bernadette Josephs. These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, taught, or sold without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
By registering, you agree that Refreshed Grace is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken as a result of participation in this intensive or related support.
